Nevermind… BUT; here we go. It looks as though we’re about to find out what happens to Facebook as they ‘open’ there doors to advertisers.

Radical Don’t [???] – launch a new suite of advertising tools and make the old suite virtually disappear. – My fault for not transferring numbers generated from two weeks of testing to a spreadsheet… but one would think Facebook would warn folks that they are about to do away with Flyers.

[BTW- Lots of impressions; an adequate click rate - no sales yet]

Indeed… I must say off the top; I wish we could one day do away with the tired old and completely useless linear political spectrum…

Anyhow… in search of MY demographic on Facebook, there are:

5,200 – conservative men between 40 and 45 years old who are married in the United States.

NONE – like the Velvet Underground
NONE – like Trance
NONE – like Edith Piaf
NONE – liked “The Big Lebowski”
NONE – like the New York Yankees
NONE – are sailors

Removing the “conservative” designation we found 180 or so who liked “The Big Lebowski”.

Taking a different tack…

There are now 701,880 New Yorkers on Facebook and 1,618,060 Torontonian’s [a number that becomes more and more suspicious as it approaches 2,481,494]

Facebook New Yorkers who like Trance: 2,480
Facebook Torontonions who like Trance: 8,140

No Surprise New York Facebookers prefer Hip-Hop: 25,640 as do Toronto Facebookers: 53,300

1,300 Toronto Facebookers admit to liking Emo, where only 600 NYC Facebookers would do the same.

Male, NYC, 40-45: 3,480
Male, Toronto, 40-45: 21,000

Male, NYC, 15-18: 42,000
Male, Toronto, 15-18: 120,460
