By far, the best example of radical trust I’ve been able to find is Lego Factory. Here, users download an application that allows them to create with 3D lego bricks. When they are happy with what they have created, they can purchase their order with blueprints.

Not only that, but they can also view, rate and purchase creations from other users.
And not only that… the community can vote on the best creations and if your creation wins, you may find it for sale at the local toy store.
And not only that… if it’s mass produced, you’ll share in the profits of the retail sale.
